When you sign up, MILAN mints a real DID for you and provisions an isolated DWN that becomes your personal space. Every post and upload is written to your node. Sharing happens by your explicit permission — you grant other DIDs access to specific records. There is no central feed mining your behaviour; the social layer only shows what owners allow.
